With credibility in distinctive industries, Asrul astonishingly left his footprints as Lead Designer in DagangHalal.com, a global Halal e-market place, followed by world leading NGO, WWF-Malaysia as Senior Manager Digital Channel before settling down with Designville.
He is the “goal keeper” making sure both company and client’s objectives are achievable in a togetherness journey.
In 2010, he moved to Sales and Marketing, building his own team and pulling 8-figure sales under his portfolio. He later moved to digital startup in the hearts of Kuala Lumpur leading the marketing unit, with travel-themed mobile app business surpassing million downloads.
Al-Faath is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring Designville’s overall business marketing strategy.
He moved from Finland to Malaysia in 2016. At Hong Leong Bank, Kari led the creative process for concept idea, and the development of new digital banking facilities (Discovery App) in collaboration with 15 business units & software and hardware vendors. Later, he acted as the Head of Business & Creative at Tan Chong Group's in-house ICT provider, TC ITECH. Kari created and managed the department of 14 people including Design & UIUX and Web Teams.
Kari oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of business. His job is to create & ensure meaningful, motivating, safe and fun working culture where magic keeps happening. Kari believes in purpose-driven leadership and Scandinavian design approach. He is a game-changer, driven by creativity, curiosity and passion.
